What the bullshit? Do you wanna convey that somebody approached you and tried to initiate a talk?
I have done that a couple of time. Of course, with no covert intentions. I always believe in getting acquainted with stranger (both boys and girls) whenever I am travelling alone. Some of them are very good friends now. It's a skill to talk to a stranger, first you've to overcome the hesitation. And these kinds of blog are trying to kill such skillful people like me.

While I do support the cause behind this blog, I am unable to understand the offense in some of the posts. I am sorry, but some of these do border on persecution mania or simply prejudice against certain people, maybe based on their color of skin, education (or lack of), etc.
More specifically about this particular post, if someone wants to get to know you better and talk to you, there is nothing wrong with that. Unless, you make it clear that you do in fact mind if he joins you and that you couldn't care less where he was from. Other than that, I am sorry I really don't see how you could be offended by the scenario described in the illustration.

This is sheer paronia unless you said no and he persisted. Am thiankful that you werent carrying a camera.
